وَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ خُثَيْمٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ، اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَائِشَةَ، تَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ وَهُوَ بَيْنَ ظَهْرَانَىْ أَصْحَابِهِ " إِنِّي عَلَى الْحَوْضِ أَنْتَظِرُ مَنْ يَرِدُ عَلَىَّ مِنْكُمْ فَوَاللَّهِ لَيُقْتَطَعَنَّ دُونِي رِجَالٌ فَلأَقُولَنَّ أَىْ رَبِّ مِنِّي وَمِنْ أُمَّتِي . فَيَقُولُ إِنَّكَ لاَ تَدْرِي مَا عَمِلُوا بَعْدَكَ مَا زَالُوا يَرْجِعُونَ عَلَى أَعْقَابِهِمْ " .
Rapporté par Aïsha (la mère des croyants) رضي الله عنها : J’ai entendu le Messager d’Allah ﷺ dire en présence de ses compagnons : « Je serai au Bassin, attendant ceux d’entre vous qui viendront vers moi. Par Allah, certains seront empêchés de venir jusqu’à moi, et je dirai : “Mon Seigneur, ce sont mes compagnons et les gens de ma communauté.” Et Il dira : “Tu ne sais pas ce qu’ils ont fait après toi ; ils n’ont cessé de revenir sur leurs pas (dans leur religion).” »A'isha reported:I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) say in the company of his Companions: I would be on the Cistern waiting for those who would be coming to me from amongst you. By Allah, some persons would be prevented from coming to me, and I would say: My Lord, they are my followers and people of my Umma. And He would say,: You don't know what they did after you; they had been constantly turning back on their heels (from their religion)Degrés donnés par les savants
