The Book of Clothes and Adornment

وَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، وَسَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَنَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِنَّ الَّذِي يَجُرُّ ثِيَابَهُ مِنَ الْخُيَلاَءِ لاَ يَنْظُرُ اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " .
Rapporté par Ibn 'Umar : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Celui qui laisse traîner son vêtement par orgueil, Allah ne le regardera pas le Jour de la Résurrection. »Ibn 'Umar reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) having said:He who trails his (lower) garment out of pride, Allah will not look toward him on the Day of ResurrectionDegrés donnés par les savants
