حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ بْنِ قَعْنَبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ ‏ "‏ مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فِي الدُّنْيَا فَلَمْ يَتُبْ مِنْهَا حُرِمَهَا فِي الآخِرَةِ فَلَمْ يُسْقَهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قِيلَ لِمَالِكٍ رَفَعَهُ قَالَ نَعَمْ ‏.‏

Rapporté par Ibn 'Umar رضي الله عنه : Celui qui a bu du vin dans ce monde sans se repentir en sera privé (de la boisson pure) dans l’au-delà. On demanda à Malik : « Ce hadith est-il Marfu’ ? » Il répondit : « Oui. »

Ibn 'Umar said:He who drank wine in the world and did not repent would be deprived of it (the pure drink) in the Hereafter. It was said to Malik: Is this hadith Marfu'? He said: Yes
