حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ إِنَّ أَزْوَاجَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم حِينَ تُوُفِّيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَرَدْنَ أَنْ يَبْعَثْنَ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ إِلَى أَبِي بَكْرٍ فَيَسْأَلْنَهُ مِيرَاثَهُنَّ مِنَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ لَهُنَّ أَلَيْسَ قَدْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ نُورَثُ مَا تَرَكْنَا فَهُوَ صَدَقَةٌ " .
Rapporté par Aïsha (la mère des croyants) رضي الله عنها : Quand le Messager d’Allah ﷺ est décédé, ses épouses ont décidé d’envoyer Othman ibn Affan comme porte-parole auprès d’Abu Bakr pour lui demander leur part de l’héritage du Prophète ﷺ. Aïsha leur a dit : « Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ n’a-t-il pas dit : “Nous (prophètes) n’avons pas d’héritiers ; ce que nous laissons est donné en aumône” ? »It is narrated on the authority of 'A'isha who said:When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) passed away, his wives made up their minds to send 'Uthman b. 'Affan (as their spokesman) to Abu Bakr to demand from him their share from the legacy of the Prophet (ﷺ). (At this), A'isha said to them: Hasn't the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:" We (Prophets) do not have any heirs; what we leave behind is (to be given in) charity"?Degrés donnés par les savants
