حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، - وَهُوَ النَّرْسِيُّ - حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ أَلْحِقُوا الْفَرَائِضَ بِأَهْلِهَا فَمَا بَقِيَ فَهُوَ لأَوْلَى رَجُلٍ ذَكَرٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Rapporté par Ibn Abbas رضي الله عنهما : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Donnez les parts à ceux qui y ont droit, et ce qui reste revient au plus proche héritier masculin. »
