حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ اللَّيْثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ جَدِّي، حَدَّثَنِي خَالِدُ، بْنُ يَزِيدَ حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي هِلاَلٍ، عَنْ عَوْنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ الشَّعْبِيِّ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ نُعْمَانَ بْنَ بَشِيرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، صَاحِبَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَهُوَ يَخْطُبُ النَّاسَ بِحِمْصَ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ ‏"‏ الْحَلاَلُ بَيِّنٌ وَالْحَرَامُ بَيِّنٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَذَكَرَ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ زَكَرِيَّاءَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ إِلَى قَوْلِهِ ‏"‏ يُوشِكُ أَنْ يَقَعَ فِيهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Rapporté par Nu‘man b. Bashir b. Sa‘d, un compagnon du Messager d’Allah ﷺ, entendu lors d’un sermon à Hims : J’ai entendu le Messager d’Allah ﷺ dire : « Ce qui est licite est clair et ce qui est illicite est clair. » Le reste du hadith est le même que celui rapporté par Zakariya

Nu'man b. Bashir b. Sa'd, a Companion of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was heard delivering a sermon at Hims and was saying:I heard Allah's Messenger (way peace be upon him) as saying: The lawful is evident and the unlawful is evident, the rest of the hadith is the same as related by Zakariya
