وَحَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا رَبَاحُ بْنُ، أَبِي مَعْرُوفٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَطَاءً، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ كِرَاءِ الأَرْضِ وَعَنْ بَيْعِهَا السِّنِينَ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَطِيبَ ‏.‏

Rapporté par Jabir b. Abdullah رضي الله عنهما : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a interdit la location de terres, la vente à l’avance sur plusieurs années et la vente de fruits avant qu’ils ne soient mûrs
