The Book of Emancipating Slaves
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجُعْفِيُّ، عَنْ زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ تَوَلَّى قَوْمًا بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلاَئِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لاَ يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَدْلٌ وَلاَ صَرْفٌ " . وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ " وَمَنْ وَالَى غَيْرَ مَوَالِيهِ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ " .
Rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Celui qui prend comme allié un esclave affranchi sans le consentement de son ancien maître, il aura sur lui la malédiction d’Allah, de Ses anges et de toute l’humanité, et aucun de ses actes obligatoires ou surérogatoires ne sera accepté de lui au Jour de la Résurrection. » Ce hadith est rapporté par la même chaîne de transmetteurs, avec de légères différences de motsAbu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) as saying:He who took the freed slave as his ally without the consent of his previous master, there is upon him the curse of Allah and that of His angels and that of the whole mankind, and there will not be accepted from him his obligatory acts or supercrogatory acts on the Day of Resurrection. This hadith is narrated through the same chain of transmitters, but with a slight change of wordsDegrés donnés par les savants
