Sahih Muslim, 2931

Rapporté par Aïcha رضي الله عنها : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ est parti (pour le pèlerinage à La Mecque) le 4 ou le 5 de Dhou al-Hijja et il est venu me voir, très en colère. J’ai demandé : « Ô Messager d’Allah, qui t’a mis en colère ? Qu’Allah le jette en Enfer ! » Il répondit : « Ne sais-tu pas que j’ai ordonné aux gens de faire quelque chose, mais ils hésitent ? » (Hakam a dit : Je pense qu’il a dit : « Ils semblent hésiter. ») « Si j’avais su à l’avance ce que j’ai appris ensuite, je n’aurais pas amené d’animal à sacrifier, j’en aurais acheté un à La Mecque et j’aurais enlevé mon Ihram comme les autres. »

A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) came out on the 4th or 5th of Dhul'I-Hijja (for Pilgrimage to Mecca) and came to me, and he was very angry. I said:Messenger of Allah, who has annoyed you? May Allah cast him in fire I He said: Don't you know that I commanded the people to do an act, but they are hesitant.
