وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، - رضى الله عنهما - قَالَ أَهْدَى الصَّعْبُ بْنُ جَثَّامَةَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم حِمَارَ وَحْشٍ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَرَدَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَقَالَ " لَوْلاَ أَنَّا مُحْرِمُونَ لَقَبِلْنَاهُ مِنْكَ " .
Rapporté par Ibn 'Abbas رضي الله عنه : Al-Sa'b ibn Jaththama a offert un âne sauvage au Messager d’Allah ﷺ alors qu’il était en état d’ihram, et il le lui a rendu en disant : « Si nous n’étions pas en état d’ihram, nous l’aurions accepté de ta part. »Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) reported that al-Sa'b b. Jaththama presented to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) a wild ass as he was in a state of Ihram, and he returned it to him saying:If we were not in a state of Ihram, we would have accepted it from youDegrés donnés par les savants
