Rapporté par Jabir ibn Samura : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ nous a ordonné de jeûner le jour de ‘Ashura, nous a encouragés à le faire et y tenait particulièrement. Mais quand le jeûne de Ramadan est devenu obligatoire, il n’a plus ni ordonné ni interdit ce jeûne, et n’y a plus attaché d’importance particulièreJabir b Samura reported that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) commanded us to observe fast on the day of Ashura and exhorted us to do it and was particular about it But when (fasting) in Ramadan was made obligatory, he hence. forth neither commanded us nor forbade us, nor was he so particular about itDegrés donnés par les savants
