Establishing the Prayer and the Sunnah Regarding Them

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَدْرٍ، شُجَاعُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ خَيْثَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ دَارِمٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " إِنِّي قَدْ بَدَّنْتُ، فَإِذَا رَكَعْتُ فَارْكَعُوا، وَإِذَا رَفَعْتُ فَارْفَعُوا، وَإِذَا سَجَدْتُ فَاسْجُدُوا، وَلاَ أُلْفِيَنَّ رَجُلاً يَسْبِقُنِي إِلَى الرُّكُوعِ، وَلاَ إِلَى السُّجُودِ " .
Rapporté par Abu Musa : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : “J’ai pris du poids, alors quand je m’incline, inclinez-vous, et quand je me relève, relevez-vous, et quand je me prosterne, prosternez-vous. Je ne veux jamais voir quelqu’un me devancer dans l’inclinaison ou la prosternation.”It was narrated that Abu Musa said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘I have gained weight, so when I bow, then bow, and when I stand up, then stand up, and when I prostrate, then prostrate.
