Rapporté par ‘Ali : Le Prophète a dit au sujet de l’urine d’un nourrisson : "Il faut asperger d’eau l’urine d’un garçon, et l’urine d’une fille doit être lavée." Abul-Hasan bin Salamah a dit : "Ahmad bin Musa bin Ma’qil nous a rapporté qu’Abul-Yaman Al-Misri a dit : ‘J’ai demandé à Shafi’i au sujet du hadith du Prophète : "Il faut asperger d’eau l’urine d’un bébé garçon, et l’urine d’une fille doit être lavée," alors que les deux urines sont identiques. Il a dit : "C’est parce que l’urine du garçon vient de l’eau et de l’argile, mais celle de la fille vient de la chair et du sang." Puis il m’a dit : "As-tu compris ?" J’ai dit : "Non." Il a dit : "Quand Allah le Très-Haut a créé Adam, Il a créé Ève (Hawwa’) à partir de sa côte, donc l’urine du garçon vient de l’eau et de l’argile, et celle de la fille vient de la chair et du sang." It was narrated from 'Ali that :The Prophet said concerning the urine of a nursing infant: "Water should be sprinkled over the urine of a boy, and the urine of a girl should be washed."
