Sunan Ibn Majah, 4172

Rapporté par Abu Hurairah : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : “Celui qui s’assoit et écoute la sagesse puis ne parle que des mauvaises choses qu’il a entendues, ressemble à un homme qui va voir un berger et lui dit : ‘Ô berger, donne-moi une de tes brebis à égorger’, et (le berger) lui répond : ‘Va prendre la meilleure par l’oreille.’ Alors il va et attrape le chien du troupeau par l’oreille.” Une autre chaîne rapporte un hadith similaire

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“The likeness of the one who sits and listen to wisdom then only speaks of the bad things that he had heard, is that of a man who comes to a shepherd and says: “O shepherd, give me one of your sheep to slaughter,” and (the shepherd) says: “Go and grab the ear of the best of them.” Then he goes and grabs the ear of the sheepdog.’” Another chain reports a similar hadith
