Sunan Ibn Majah, 4036

Rapporté par Abu Hurayra : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Il viendra des années de tromperie où le menteur sera considéré comme honnête, et l’homme honnête sera pris pour un menteur ; le traître sera vu comme digne de confiance, et l’homme fidèle sera vu comme un traître ; et les Ruwaibidah décideront des affaires. » On lui a demandé : « Qui sont les Ruwaibidah ? » Il a répondu : « Des hommes vils et insignifiants qui dirigent les affaires du peuple. »

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“There will come to the people years of treachery, when the liar will be regarded as honest, and the honest man will be regarded as a liar; the traitor will be regarded as faithful, and the faithful man will be regarded as a traitor; and the Ruwaibidah will decide matters.’ It was said: ‘Who are the Ruwaibidah?’ He said: ‘Vile and base men who control the affairs of the people.’”
