Sunan Ibn Majah, 3061

Rapporté par Muhammad bin ‘Abdur-Rahman bin Abu Bakr : J’étais assis avec Ibn ‘Abbas, et un homme est venu lui demander : “D’où viens-tu ?” Il a répondu : “De Zamzam.” Ibn ‘Abbas a dit : “As-tu bu de cette eau comme il faut ?” L’homme a demandé : “Comment cela ?” Ibn ‘Abbas a expliqué : “Quand tu bois de cette eau, tourne-toi vers la Qiblah, prononce le nom d’Allah, bois-en trois gorgées et bois à satiété. Quand tu as fini, loue Allah.” Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : “La différence entre nous et les hypocrites, c’est qu’ils ne boivent pas à satiété de Zamzam.”

It was narrated that Muhammad bin ‘Abdur-Rahman bin Abu Bakr said:“I was sitting with Ibn ‘Abbas, and a man came to him and he said: ‘Where have you come from?’ He said: ‘From Zamzam.’ He said: ‘Did you drink from it as you should?’ He said: ‘How is that?’ He said: ‘When you drink from it, turn to face the Qiblah and mention the name of Allah, drink three draughts and drink your fill of it. When you have finished, then praise Allah.’ The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘The sign (that differentiates) between us and the hypocrites is that they do not drink their fill from Zamzam.”
