Sunan Ibn Majah, 2981

Rapporté par ‘Aishah : Nous sommes partis avec le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) alors qu’il restait cinq nuits de Dhul-Qa’dah, avec l’intention de faire uniquement le Hajj. Quand nous sommes arrivés près de La Mecque, le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) ordonna à ceux qui n’avaient pas d’animal à sacrifier de sortir de l’Ihram. Ainsi, tout le monde est sorti de l’Ihram, sauf ceux qui avaient un animal à sacrifier. Le jour du sacrifice (le 10 Dhul-Hijjah), on nous a apporté du bœuf et on nous a dit : « Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a offert un sacrifice au nom de ses épouses. »

It was narrated that ‘Aishah said:“We went out with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) when there were five nights left of Dhul-Qa’dah, intending only to perform Hajj. When we came close, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ordered that whoever did not have a sacrificial animal, then he should exit the Ihram. So all the people exited Ihram, except those who had the sacrificial animal. When the Day of Sacrifice i.e., the 10th of Dhul-Hijjah) came, some beef was brought to us, and it was said: ‘The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) has offered a sacrifice on behalf of his wives.’”
