Sunan Ibn Majah, 2906

Rapporté par Abu Razin Al-‘Uqaili : Il est venu voir le Prophète (ﷺ) et a dit : “Ô Messager d’Allah, mon père est un vieil homme et il ne peut pas accomplir le Hajj ni la ‘Umrah, et il n’a pas la force de monter une monture à cause de son âge.” Il a répondu : “Accomplis le Hajj et la ‘Umrah à la place de ton père.”

It was narrated from Abu Razin Al-‘Uqaili that he came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said:“O Messenger of Allah, my father is an old man and he cannot perform Hajj or ‘Umrah, and he is not able to ride the mount (due to old age).” He said: “Perform Hajj and ‘Umrah on behalf of your father.”
