Sunan Ibn Majah, 2842

Rapporté par Hanzalah Al-Katib : « Nous sommes partis combattre aux côtés du Messager d’Allah (ﷺ), et nous sommes passés devant une femme tuée autour de laquelle les gens s’étaient rassemblés. Ils se sont écartés pour laisser passer le Prophète (ﷺ), et il a dit : “Cette femme ne faisait pas partie des combattants.” Puis il a dit à un homme : “Va voir Khalid bin Walid et dis-lui que le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) t’ordonne : ‘Ne tue aucun enfant, aucune femme, ni aucun ouvrier agricole.’” » Une autre chaîne rapporte un hadith similaire

It was narrated that Hanzalah Al-Katib said:“We went out to fight alongside the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), and we passed by a slain woman whom the people had gathered around. They parted (to let the Prophet (ﷺ) through) and he said: ‘This (woman) was not one of those who were fighting.’ Then he said to a man: ‘Go to Khalid bin Walid and tell him that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) commands you: “Do not kill any children or women, or any (farm) laborer.’” Another chain reports a similar hadith
