حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَالِكٍ الأَشْجَعِيُّ، عَنْ نُعَيْمِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ قَتَلَ فَلَهُ السَّلَبُ " .
Rapporté par le fils de Samurah bin Jundub, d’après son père : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Celui qui tue (un ennemi), le butin lui appartient. »It was narrated from the son of Samurah bin Jundub that his father said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘Whoever kills, the spoils are his.’”Degrés donnés par les savants
