حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا دُرُسْتُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ الرَّقَاشِيُّ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " الْمَحْرُومُ مَنْ حُرِمَ وَصِيَّتَهُ " .
Rapporté par Anas bin Malik : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : “Celui qui est privé, c’est celui qui est privé de testament.”It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“The one who is deprived is the one who is deprived of a will.”Degrés donnés par les savants
