Sunan Ibn Majah, 2666

Rapporté par Anas bin Malik : Un Juif a tué une fille pour ses bijoux. Il lui a demandé (alors qu’elle était en train de mourir) : "Est-ce untel qui t’a tuée ?" et elle a fait non de la tête. Il lui a demandé encore, et elle a fait non de la tête. Il lui a demandé une troisième fois et elle a fait oui de la tête. Alors le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) l’a tué (en lui écrasant la tête) entre deux pierres

It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that :a Jew killed a girl for her jewelry. He asked her (as she was dying): “Did so-and-so kill you?” and she gestured with her head to say no. Then he asked her again, and she gestured with her head to say no. he asked her a third time and she gestured with her head to say yes. So the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) killed him (by crushing his head) between two rocks
