Sunan Ibn Majah, 2660

Rapporté par Ibn 'Abbas : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : "Un croyant ne doit pas être tué en représailles pour le meurtre d’un non-croyant, et une personne sous traité ne doit pas être tuée pendant la durée du traité

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:”A believer should not be killed in retaliation for the murder of a disbeliever, and a person who has a treaty should not be killed during the time of the treaty.”
