حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيُّ، عَنْ أَخِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ قَطْعَ فِي ثَمَرٍ وَلاَ كَثَرٍ " .
Rapporté par Abu Hurairah : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : “On ne coupe pas la main pour le vol de produits agricoles ou de régimes de dattes.”It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“The hand is not to be cut off for (stealing) produce or the spadix of palm trees.”Degrés donnés par les savants
