Sunan Ibn Majah, 2546

Rapporté par Ibn `Abbas : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : “Celui qui cache la faute cachée de son frère musulman, Allah (SWT) cachera ses fautes le Jour de la Résurrection. Celui qui dévoile la faute de son frère musulman, Allah dévoilera ses fautes, jusqu’à ce qu’Il l’humilie à cause de cela, même chez lui.”

It was narrated from Ibn `Abbas that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:“Whoever conceals the (hidden) fault of his Muslim brother, Allah (SWT) will conceal his faults on the Day of Resurrection. Whoever exposes the fault of his Muslim brother, Allah will expose his faults, until (so that) He shames him, due to it, in his (own) house.”
