Sunan Ibn Majah, 2258

Rapporté par Abu Jawza' : J'ai entendu Ibn 'Abbas permettre l'échange (de Dirhams contre Dirham, etc., avec un surplus), et cela a été rapporté de lui. Puis j'ai entendu qu'il avait changé d'avis. Je l'ai rencontré à La Mecque et je lui ai dit : "J'ai entendu que tu avais changé d'avis." Il a dit : "Oui. C'était juste mon opinion, mais Abu Sa'eed a rapporté du Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) qu'il a interdit l'échange (d'objets similaires avec un surplus)

It was narrated that Abu Jawza' said:"I heard him meaning Ibn 'Abbas allowing exchange (of Dirhams for Dirham etc., if extra was given) and that was narrated from him. Then I heard that he has taken back this opinion. I met him in Makkah and said: 'I heard that you had taken back (your opinion).' He said: 'Yes. That was just my own opinion, but Abu Sa'eed narrated from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) that he forbade exchange (of like items if extra is given)
