حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، وَسُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيِّ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ شُعْبَةُ ‏"‏ خَيْرُكُمْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ وَقَالَ سُفْيَانُ ‏"‏ أَفْضَلُكُمْ مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ وَعَلَّمَهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Rapporté par 'Uthman bin 'Affan : Le Messager d’Allah a dit : (Selon l’un des rapporteurs) Shu'bah a dit : "Le meilleur d’entre vous" (et selon) Sufyan a dit : "Le plus excellent d’entre vous est celui qui apprend le Coran et l’enseigne
