Sunan Ibn Majah, 2065

Rapporté par Ibn 'Abbas : Un homme a prononcé le zihar sur sa femme, puis il a eu un rapport avec elle avant de faire l'expiation. Il est venu voir le Prophète (ﷺ) et lui a raconté cela. Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : "Qu'est-ce qui t'a poussé à faire cela ?" Il a répondu : "J'ai vu ses chevilles au clair de lune, je n'ai pas pu me retenir et j'ai eu un rapport avec elle." Le Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) a souri et lui a dit de ne plus s'approcher d'elle avant d'avoir fait l'expiation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that:a man declared Zihar upon his wife, then he had intercourse with her before offering expiation. He came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and told him about that. He said: "What made you do that?" He said: "I saw her ankles in the moonlight, and I could not control myself, and I had intercourse with her." The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) smiled and told him not to go near her until he had offered expiation
