Sunan Ibn Majah, 167

Rapporté par Ubaidah, de ‘Ali bin Abu Talib : Il a parlé des Khawarij et a dit : « Parmi eux, il y aura un homme avec une main déformée, ou courte, ou petite. Si vous restiez calmes (c’est-à-dire sans trop vous réjouir), je vous dirais ce qu’Allah a promis par la bouche de Muhammad ﷺ à ceux qui les tuent. » J’ai demandé : « As-tu entendu cela de Muhammad ﷺ ? » Il a répondu : « Oui, par le Seigneur de la Ka‘bah ! » — trois fois

Ubaidah narrated from 'Ali bin Abu Talib,:That he mentioned the Khawarij, and said: "Among them there will be a man with a defective hand, or a short hand, or small hand. If you were to exercise restraint (i.e., not become overjoyed), I would tell you of what Allah has promised upon the lips of Muhammed for those who kill them."
