Call to Prayers (Adhaan)

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَرَأَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِيمَا أُمِرَ، وَسَكَتَ فِيمَا أُمِرَ {وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ نَسِيًّا} {لَقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ}.
Rapporté par Ibn `Abbas : Le Prophète ﷺ récitait à haute voix dans ce qui lui avait été ordonné, et récitait à voix basse dans ce qui lui avait été ordonné : « Et ton Seigneur n’est pas oublieux. » « Il y a certes pour vous dans le Messager d’Allah un excellent modèle. »Narrated Ibn `Abbas:The Prophet (ﷺ) recited aloud in the prayers in which he was ordered to do so and quietly in the prayers in which he was ordered to do so.
