Sahih al-Bukhari, 7520

Rapporté par `Abdullah : J’ai demandé au Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) : « Quel est le plus grand péché aux yeux d’Allah ? » Il répondit : « Associer à Allah des partenaires alors que c’est Lui seul qui t’a créé. » J’ai dit : « En effet, c’est un immense péché », et j’ai ajouté : « Et ensuite ? » Il répondit : « Tuer ton enfant par crainte qu’il partage ta nourriture avec toi. » J’ai demandé encore : « Et ensuite ? » Il répondit : « Commettre l’adultère avec la femme de ton voisin. »

Narrated `Abdullah:I asked Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) "What is the biggest sin in the sight of Allah?" He said, "To set up rivals unto Allah though He alone created you." I said, "In fact, that is a tremendous sin," and added, "What next?" He said, "To kill your son being afraid that he may share your food with you." I further asked, "What next?" He said, "To commit illegal sexual intercourse with the wife of your neighbor
