Sahih al-Bukhari, 7014

Rapporté par `Abdullah bin Salam : (En rêve) je me suis vu dans un jardin, et il y avait une colonne au milieu du jardin, avec une poignée au sommet. On m’a demandé de grimper. J’ai dit : « Je ne peux pas. » Puis un serviteur est venu, il a soulevé mes vêtements et j’ai grimpé (la colonne), puis j’ai attrapé la poignée, et je me suis réveillé en la tenant toujours. J’ai raconté cela au Prophète (ﷺ) qui a dit : « Le jardin représente le jardin de l’Islam, et la poignée est l’attachement solide à l’Islam, ce qui veut dire que tu resteras fermement attaché à l’Islam jusqu’à ta mort. »

Narrated `Abdullah bin Salam:(In a dream) I saw myself in a garden, and there was a pillar in the middle of the garden, and there was a handhold at the top of the pillar. I was asked to climb it. I said, "I cannot." Then a servant came and lifted up my clothes and I climbed (the pillar), and then got hold of the handhold, and I woke up while still holding it. I narrated that to the Prophet (ﷺ) who said, "The garden symbolizes the garden of Islam, and the handhold is the firm Islamic handhold which indicates that you will be adhering firmly to Islam until you die
