Sahih al-Bukhari, 7008

Rapporté par Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Pendant que je dormais, des gens m’ont été présentés (en rêve). Ils portaient des chemises, certaines couvraient seulement leur poitrine, d’autres étaient un peu plus longues. Puis `Umar bin Al-Khattab est passé devant moi, portant une chemise qu’il traînait derrière lui. » Les gens ont demandé : « Quelle interprétation donnes-tu à ce rêve, ô Messager d’Allah ? » Il a répondu : « La religion. »

Narrated Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "While I was sleeping, some people were displayed before me (in a dream). They were wearing shirts, some of which were merely covering their breasts, and some a bit longer. Then there passed before me, `Umar bin Al-Khattab wearing a shirt he was dragging it (on the ground behind him.)" They (the people) asked, "What have you interpreted (about the dream) O Allah's Apostle?" He said, "The Religion
