Sahih al-Bukhari, 6742

Rapporté par Huzail : `Abdullah a dit : « Le jugement que je vais donner dans cette affaire sera comme celui du Prophète : la moitié pour la fille, un sixième pour la petite-fille (fille du fils), et le reste de l’héritage pour la sœur. »

Narrated Huzail:`Abdullah said, "The judgment I will give in this matter will be like the judgment of the Prophet, i.e. one-half is for the daughter and one-sixth for the son's daughter and the rest of the inheritance for the sister
