Sahih al-Bukhari, 6584

Rapporté par Abu Hazim : An-Nu`man bin Abi `Aiyash, en m’entendant, a dit : « As-tu entendu cela de Sahl ? » J’ai répondu : « Oui. » Il a dit : « Je témoigne que j’ai entendu Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri dire la même chose, en ajoutant que le Prophète ﷺ a dit : ‘Je dirai : Ils font partie de moi (c’est-à-dire mes compagnons). Il sera dit : Tu ne sais pas ce qu’ils ont introduit de nouveau dans la religion après ton départ.’ Je dirai : Qu’ils soient éloignés, qu’ils soient éloignés (de la miséricorde), ceux qui ont changé (leur religion) après moi. »

Abu Hazim added:An-Nu`man bin Abi `Aiyash, on hearing me, said. "Did you hear this from Sahl?" I said, "Yes." He said, " I bear witness that I heard Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri saying the same, adding that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: 'I will say: They are of me (i.e. my followers). It will be said, 'You do not know what they innovated (new things) in the religion after you left'. I will say, 'Far removed, far removed (from mercy), those who changed (their religion) after me
