حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَيْرِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّهُ قَالَ قُلْنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّكَ تَبْعَثُنَا فَنَنْزِلُ بِقَوْمٍ فَلاَ يَقْرُونَنَا فَمَا تَرَى، فَقَالَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنْ نَزَلْتُمْ بِقَوْمٍ فَأَمَرُوا لَكُمْ بِمَا يَنْبَغِي لِلضَّيْفِ فَاقْبَلُوا، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَفْعَلُوا فَخُذُوا مِنْهُمْ حَقَّ الضَّيْفِ الَّذِي يَنْبَغِي لَهُمْ ".
Rapporté par `Uqba bin 'Amir : Nous avons dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) ! Tu nous envoies en mission et il arrive que nous soyons hébergés chez des gens qui ne nous accueillent pas. Qu’en penses-tu ? » Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) nous a dit : « Si vous séjournez chez des gens et qu’ils vous accueillent comme il se doit, acceptez-le ; mais s’ils ne le font pas, alors prenez d’eux le droit de l’invité, qu’ils doivent vous donner. »Narrated `Uqba bin 'Amir:We said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! You send us out and it happens that we have to stay with such people as do not entertain us. What do you think about it?" Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said to us, "If you stay with some people and they entertain you as they should for a guest, accept is; but if they do not do then you should take from them the right of the guest, which they ought to giveDegrés donnés par les savants
