Sahih al-Bukhari, 5252

Rapporté par Anas bin Seereen : Ibn `Umar a dit : « J’ai divorcé de ma femme alors qu’elle avait ses règles. `Umar en a parlé au Prophète. Le Prophète ﷺ a dit (à mon père) : “Dis à ton fils de la reprendre.” J’ai demandé (à Ibn `Umar) : “Ce divorce compte-t-il (comme un divorce légal) ?” Ibn `Umar a répondu : “Bien sûr.” Rapporté par Yunus bin Jubair : Ibn `Umar a dit : “Le Prophète ﷺ a dit à `Umar : ‘Ordonne-lui (Ibn `Umar) de la reprendre.’” J’ai demandé : “Ce divorce compte-t-il (comme un divorce légal) ?” Ibn `Umar a dit : “Que penses-tu de quelqu’un qui agit sans réfléchir et imprudemment ?”

Narrated Anas bin Seereen:Ibn `Umar said: "I divorced my wife while she was menstruating. `Umar mentioned that to the Prophet . The Prophet (ﷺ) said, (to my father), "Let your son take her back." I asked (Ibn `Umar), "Is such a divorce counted (i.e. as one legal divorce)?" Ibn `Umar said, "Of course." Narrated Yunus bin Jubair: Ibn `Umar said, "The Prophet (ﷺ) said to `Umar, 'Order him (Ibn `Umar) to take her back.' " I asked, "Is such a divorce counted (as one legal divorce)?" Ibn `Umar said, "What do you think if someone becomes helpless and foolish?
