Sahih al-Bukhari, 5153

Rapporté par Anas bin Malik : `Abdur-Rahman bin `Auf est venu voir le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) et il portait des traces de Sufra (un parfum jaune). Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) lui a demandé à propos de ces traces. `Abdur-Rahman bin `Auf lui a expliqué qu’il venait d’épouser une femme parmi les Ansar. Le Prophète (ﷺ) lui a demandé : « Combien de Mahr lui as-tu donné ? » Il a répondu : « J’ai donné de l’or équivalent au poids d’un noyau de datte. » Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) lui a dit : « Organise un repas de mariage, même si c’est avec un seul mouton. »

Narrated Anas bin Malik:`Abdur-Rahman bin `Auf came to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and he had marks of Sufra (yellow perfume). Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) asked him (about those marks). `AbdurRahman bin `Auf told him that he had married a woman from the Ansar. The Prophet (ﷺ) asked, "How much Mahr did you pay her?" He said, "I paid gold equal to the weight of a date stone." Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said to him, "Give a wedding banquet, even if with one sheep
