Sahih al-Bukhari, 4305

Rapporté par Majashi : J’ai amené mon frère au Prophète (ﷺ) après la Conquête (de La Mecque) et j’ai dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) ! Je viens à toi avec mon frère pour que tu prennes de lui l’engagement d’émigrer. » Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Les gens de l’émigration (c’est-à-dire ceux qui ont émigré à Médine avant la Conquête) ont eu les privilèges de l’émigration (c’est-à-dire qu’il n’est plus nécessaire d’émigrer maintenant). » J’ai demandé au Prophète : « Pour quoi vas-tu prendre son engagement ? » Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Je prendrai son engagement pour l’Islam, la foi et le Jihad (c’est-à-dire lutter pour la cause d’Allah). »

Narrated Mujashi:I took my brother to the Prophet (ﷺ) after the Conquest (of Mecca) and said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! I have come to you with my brother so that you may take a pledge of allegiance from him for migration." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, The people of migration (i.e. those who migrated to Medina before the Conquest) enjoyed the privileges of migration (i.e. there is no need for migration anymore)." I said to the Prophet, "For what will you take his pledge of allegiance?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "I will take his pledge of allegiance for Islam, Belief, and for Jihad (i.e. fighting in Allah's Cause)
