Sahih al-Bukhari, 3720

Rapporté par ‘Abdullah ibn Az-Zubair : Pendant la bataille d’Al-Ahzab, ‘Umar ibn Abi-Salama et moi étions restés à l’arrière avec les femmes. J’ai vu (mon père) Az-Zubair à cheval, allant et venant de chez Bani Quraiza deux ou trois fois. Quand je suis rentré, j’ai dit : « Ô mon père ! Je t’ai vu aller et venir de chez Bani Quraiza ? » Il a dit : « Tu m’as vraiment vu, mon fils ? » J’ai dit : « Oui. » Il a dit : « Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : ‘Qui ira chez Bani Quraiza et me rapportera leurs nouvelles ?’ Alors j’y suis allé, et quand je suis revenu, le Messager d’Allah a mentionné pour moi ses deux parents en disant : ‘Que mon père et ma mère soient sacrifiés pour toi.’ »

Narrated `Abdullah bin Az-Zubair:During the battle of Al-Ahzab, I and `Umar bin Abi-Salama were kept behind with the women. Behold! I saw (my father) Az-Zubair riding his horse, going to and coming from Bani Quraiza twice or thrice. So when I came back I said, "O my father! I saw you going to and coming from Bani Quraiza?" He said, "Did you really see me, O my son?" I said, "Yes." He said, "Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, 'Who will go to Bani Quraiza and bring me their news?' So I went, and when I came back, Allah's Apostle mentioned for me both his parents saying, "Let my father and mother be sacrificed for you
