حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقْتُلُ الْحَيَّاتِ‏.‏ فَحَدَّثَهُ أَبُو لُبَابَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ قَتْلِ جِنَّانِ الْبُيُوتِ، فَأَمْسَكَ عَنْهَا‏.‏

Rapporté par Nafi‘ : Ibn ‘Umar tuait des serpents, mais quand Abu Lubaba l’informa que le Prophète (ﷺ) avait interdit de tuer les serpents qui vivent dans les maisons, il arrêta de les tuer
