Sahih al-Bukhari, 3261

Rapporté par Abu Jamra Ad-Dabi : J’avais l’habitude de m’asseoir avec Ibn `Abbas à La Mecque. Une fois, j’ai eu de la fièvre et il m’a dit : « Rafraîchis ta fièvre avec de l’eau de Zamzam, car le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : “La fièvre vient de la chaleur du Feu (de l’Enfer) ; alors rafraîchissez-la avec de l’eau (ou de l’eau de Zamzam).” »

Narrated Abu Jamra Ad-Dabi:I used to sit with Ibn `Abbas in Mecca. Once I had a fever and he said (to me), "Cool your fever with Zamzam water, for Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: 'It, (the Fever) is from the heat of the (Hell) Fire; so, cool it with water (or Zamzam water)
