Sahih al-Bukhari, 2497

Rapporté par Sulaiman bin Abu Muslim : J’ai demandé à Abu Minhal au sujet de l’échange d’argent de main à main. Il a dit : « Un associé et moi avons acheté quelque chose, une partie en espèces et une partie à crédit. » Al-Bara’ bin `Azib est passé près de nous et nous l’avons interrogé. Il a répondu : « Mon associé Zaid bin Al-Arqam et moi avons fait la même chose, puis nous sommes allés voir le Prophète (ﷺ) et lui avons demandé à ce sujet. Il a dit : ‘Prenez ce qui est de main à main et laissez ce qui est à crédit.’ »

Narrated Sulaiman bin Abu Muslim:I asked Abu Minhal about money exchange from hand to hand. He said, "I and a partner of mine bought something partly in cash and partly on credit." Al-Bara' bin `Azib passed by us and we asked about it. He replied, "I and my partner Zaid bin Al-Arqam did the same and then went to the Prophet (ﷺ) and asked him about it. He said, 'Take what was from hand to hand and leave what was on credit
