حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّاءُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي بُشَيْرُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ، مَوْلَى بَنِي حَارِثَةَ أَنَّ رَافِعَ بْنَ خَدِيجٍ، وَسَهْلَ بْنَ أَبِي حَثْمَةَ، حَدَّثَاهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ، إِلاَّ أَصْحَابَ الْعَرَايَا فَإِنَّهُ أَذِنَ لَهُمْ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَقَالَ ابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنِي بُشَيْرٌ مِثْلَهُ‏.‏

Rapporté par Rafi` bin Khadij et Sahl bin Abi Hathma : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a interdit la vente de Muzabana, c’est-à-dire l’échange de fruits contre des fruits, sauf dans le cas des ‘Araya ; il a permis aux propriétaires de ‘Araya ce type de vente
