حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الْوِصَالِ‏.‏ قَالُوا إِنَّكَ تُوَاصِلُ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏ "‏ إِنِّي لَسْتُ مِثْلَكُمْ، إِنِّي أُطْعَمُ وَأُسْقَى ‏"‏‏.‏

Rapporté par `Abdullah ibn `Umar : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a interdit Al-Wisal. Les gens lui ont dit : « Mais tu le pratiques ? » Il a dit : « Je ne suis pas comme vous, car Allah me donne à manger et à boire. »
