Rapporté par `Amra : J’ai entendu `Aisha dire : « Nous sommes partis (de Médine) avec le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) cinq jours avant la fin de Dhul-Qa’da, avec l’intention d’accomplir uniquement le Hajj. Quand nous sommes arrivés près de La Mecque, le Messager d’Allah a ordonné à ceux qui n’avaient pas de bête à sacrifier de terminer leur Ihram après avoir fait le Tawaf de la Ka`ba, (Safa et Marwa). » `Aisha a ajouté : « On nous a apporté du bœuf le jour du sacrifice, et j’ai demandé : “Qu’est-ce que c’est ?” Quelqu’un a dit : “Le Prophète (ﷺ) a sacrifié des vaches pour ses épouses.” »

Narrated `Amra:I heard `Aisha saying, "We set out (from Medina) along with Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) five days before the end of Dhul-Qa'da with the intention of performing Hajj only. When we approached Mecca, Allah's Apostle ordered those who had no Hadi along with them to finish the Ihram after performing Tawaf of the Ka`ba, (Safa and Marwa). `Aisha added, "Beef was brought to us on the Day of Nahr and I said, 'What is this?' Somebody said, 'The Prophet (ﷺ) has slaughtered (cows) on behalf of his wives
