Sahih al-Bukhari, 1372

Rapporté par Masruq : `Aisha a dit qu’une femme juive vint la voir et lui parla du châtiment dans la tombe, en lui disant : « Qu’Allah te protège du châtiment de la tombe. » `Aisha demanda alors au Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) au sujet du châtiment de la tombe. Il répondit : « Oui, (il y a) un châtiment dans la tombe. » `Aisha ajouta : « Après cela, je n’ai jamais vu le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) sans qu’il ne cherche refuge auprès d’Allah contre le châtiment de la tombe dans chaque prière qu’il faisait. »

Narrated Masruq:`Aisha said that a Jewess came to her and mentioned the punishment in the grave, saying to her, "May Allah protect you from the punishment of the grave." `Aisha then asked Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) about the punishment of the grave. He said, "Yes, (there is) punishment in the grave." `Aisha added, "After that I never saw Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) but seeking refuge with Allah from the punishment in the grave in every prayer he prayed
