Sahih al-Bukhari, 1231

Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Quand l’appel à la prière est lancé, Satan s’enfuit en lâchant des vents pour ne pas entendre l’Adhan. Quand l’appel est terminé, il revient ; et quand l’Iqama est prononcée, Satan s’enfuit à nouveau, puis il revient et essaie de perturber la personne et ses pensées en lui disant : “Souviens-toi de ceci ou de cela” (alors qu’il n’y pensait pas avant la prière), jusqu’à ce que la personne oublie combien de rak`at elle a faites. Si l’un de vous ne sait plus s’il a prié trois ou quatre rak`at, il doit faire deux prosternations de l’oubli en étant assis. »

Narrated Abu Huraira:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "When the call for prayer is made, Satan takes to his heels passing wind so that he may not hear the Adhan and when the call is finished he comes back, and when the Iqama is pronounced, Satan again takes to his heels, and when the Iqama is finished he comes back again and tries to interfere with the person and his thoughts and say, "Remember this and that (which he has not thought of before the prayer)", till the praying person forgets how much he has prayed.
