Sunan Abi Dawud, 4999

Rapporté par An-Nu’man ibn Bashir رضي الله عنه : Quand Abu Bakr a demandé la permission d’entrer auprès du Prophète ﷺ, il a entendu Aïcha parler d’une voix forte. En entrant, il l’a saisie pour la frapper et a dit : « Est-ce que je te vois élever la voix devant le Messager d’Allah ? » Le Prophète ﷺ a essayé de l’en empêcher et Abu Bakr est sorti en colère. Quand Abu Bakr est parti, le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Tu vois, je t’ai protégée de cet homme. » Abu Bakr a attendu quelques jours, puis a demandé la permission d’entrer auprès du Messager d’Allah ﷺ et a vu qu’ils s’étaient réconciliés. Il leur a dit : « Faites-moi participer à votre réconciliation comme vous m’avez fait participer à votre dispute. » Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « C’est fait, c’est fait. »

Narrated An-Nu'man ibn Bashir: When AbuBakr asked the permission of the Prophet (ﷺ) to come in, he heard Aisha speaking in a loud voice. So when he entered, he caught hold of her in order to slap her, and said: Do I see you raising your voice to the Messenger of Allah? The Prophet (ﷺ) began to prevent him and AbuBakr went out angry. The Prophet (ﷺ) said when AbuBakr went out: You see I rescued you from the man. AbuBakr waited for some days, then asked permission of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) to enter, and found that they had made peace with each other. He said to them: Bring me into your peace as you brought me into your war. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: We have done so: we have done so
