Sunan Abi Dawud, 4763

‘Ubaidah (al-Salmani) رضي الله عنه a dit : ‘Ali رضي الله عنه a parlé des gens de al-Nahrawan, en disant : « Parmi eux, il y aura un homme avec une main déformée ou très petite. Si je ne craignais pas que vous soyez trop contents, je vous dirais ce qu’Allah a promis (comme récompense) à ceux qui les tueront, selon la parole de Muhammad ﷺ. » J’ai demandé : « L’as-tu entendu de lui ? » Il répondit : « Oui, par le Seigneur de la Ka’bah. »

‘Ubaidah (al-salman) said :‘Ali mentioned about the people of al Nahrawan, saying: Among them there will be a man with a defective hand or with a small hand. if you were not to overjoy. I would inform you of what Allah has promised (the reward for) those who will kill them at the tongue of Muhammad (May peace be upon him). I asked : Have you heard this from him? He replied : Yes, by the lord of the Ka’bah
